Dexter: [Walks over to a table and picks a knife, voiceover] There's a first time for everything. A first step, a first word, a first kiss, a first kill. Somehow you know when the time is right. [He gives Lumen the knife, and then says aloud] Aim for the heart.
[Lumen stares at the pictures of the other victims for a while, before she closes her eyes in grief. She walks up to the table that Tilden is restrained on, and climbs on top of it. She then stabs him in the heart. She pants in horror for a few seconds, and then manages to control herself]
